Before you ask
Do I need a barcode scanner?
No. You scan with your phone camera, and on a computer you open a QR code with the phone so that it becomes the computer’s scanner, with nothing to install. A USB or Bluetooth scanner works too.
Can I print labels without a label printer?
Yes. The 50×30 mm label is made as a PDF you print on any printer or share. When you buy a label printer it appears in the normal print dialog.
Does it work without internet?
The app needs a connection to save and protect your changes. When it drops, it shows the last loaded data, read-only.
Can staff use it with limited access?
Yes. You invite them with a code and decide exactly what they see and do, such as hiding prices or blocking stock changes.
Where is my data kept?
On Google Cloud and Firebase servers, encrypted in transit. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
